Google Ads and Keywords

This week we discussed how to know if a keyword planner is bringing value or decreasing value to

the website. Good keywords are keywords that are very specific to the topics of the website, while bad

keywords are keywords that are very broad and possibly come up for categories that the website doesn’t

even talk about. Keywords are super helpful tools when used correctly, but when used poorly keywords

can hurt the profitability and success of the website. 

We also learned about campaigning ads and compared different keywords and campaigns in

spreadsheets. Playing around with keywords in keyword planner or taking their suggestions can be a

good tool. Budgeting what to spend everyday is necessary since this will break or make a business.

The general budget looks like it is around $3, but I think I will be doing roughly around $4. Before paying

for google ads, it is smart to decide which keywords are going to be involved, this will be a key factor

bringing traffic to the website.
